Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CampusHub ("CampusHub," "we," "us"), a platform for homeschool organizations to manage classes and enrollment. By creating an account or otherwise using CampusHub, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

An organization admin, staff member, teacher, or parent account must be created by someone at least 18 years old, and each email address may be tied to only one account role. Student accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian through their Family dashboard, not created directly by the student.

Organizations and roles

Every organization's data is isolated from every other organization's. Within an organization, admins and staff can see and manage data belonging to that organization's teachers, families, and classes, consistent with the role assigned to them. Organization admins are responsible for the accounts they create or approve and for how their staff use those accounts.

Class approval and enrollment

Classes submitted by teachers or staff become visible to families only after an organization admin approves them. Enrollment requests may be approved, waitlisted, or declined by the organization. CampusHub is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, any enrollment decision made by an organization.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misrepresent your identity or role, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to access data outside your organization or your assigned role's permissions.
  • Do not use the platform to harass, defraud, or collect information about children beyond what a parent or guardian has authorized.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the platform's security.

Content ownership

Your organization retains ownership of the class listings, schedules, family information, and other content it enters into CampusHub. You grant us the right to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the platform to you.

Fees

CampusHub is currently offered to pilot organizations at no charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will provide advance notice of pricing and terms before any charge applies to your organization.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other organizations on the platform. An organization admin may close their organization's account at any time; on closure, we follow our standard offboarding process (data export, then deletion).

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CampusHub is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made by organizations about enrollment, staffing, or class content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State/Country — confirm before public launch], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify organization admins.
