Frequently asked questions

Who is CampusHub for?
Homeschool co-ops and communities: organization admins who run the co-op, staff who help manage it, teachers who offer classes, and parents whose families enroll in them.
How does my organization get started?
One admin registers the organization, then invites staff and teachers from the Admin dashboard. Parents either self-register and join an org or are invited directly, depending on how your org is set up.
How does class approval work?
Teachers (or staff, on a teacher’s behalf) create a class and submit it. An admin reviews and approves it before it becomes visible to families for enrollment.
What happens when a class fills up?
Enrollment requests are tracked as pending, approved, waitlisted, or declined, so admins can manage capacity without losing track of who asked first.
Do students get their own accounts?
Yes. A parent adds a child from the Family section, and that child gets a scoped Student account — students are never created directly through Admin → Users.
Is my organization’s data visible to other organizations?
No. Every organization’s data is scoped to that organization. The only accounts that can see across organizations are CampusHub platform staff, and every one of their actions is recorded in an audit log.
What if I run into a bug or have a question?
Reach out to your organization admin, or contact us directly — see the Terms of Use for how to get in touch.
